Theodosia woman arrested on warrant following Dugginsville investigation

A Theodosia woman was arrested April 15 after a warrant was issued following an investigation into an incident in the Dugginsville area.
According to the Ozark County Sheriff’s Office, a warrant was issued for Beth Vonelling on charges of burglary, fourth degree assault, harassment and peace disturbance after an investigation conducted by Sheriff Martin.
Deputies located Vonelling in Theodosia later that evening. She was arrested and booked into jail on the warrant.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
