West Plains Micro Job Fair to Connect Douglas County Seniors with Employers

Graduating seniors from Douglas County and surrounding areas will have the opportunity to connect directly with local employers during the Show-Me Careers: West Plains Micro Job Fair on Tuesday, March 24, at the West Plains High School Gymnasium.
Business setup will run from 9 to 10 a.m., followed by student networking and interviews from 10 a.m. to noon. The event is designed to help students explore employment options available after graduation while giving employers face-to-face access to motivated, job-ready seniors seeking local career opportunities.
Students are encouraged to bring a résumé, dress professionally, and be prepared to introduce themselves and discuss their career interests with potential employers. Employers will have the opportunity to recruit for entry-level and full-time positions while strengthening the region’s future workforce.
The job fair is hosted in partnership with the Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce, rootEd Missouri, and the Missouri Chamber Foundation. Douglas County students, parents, educators, and employers are encouraged to attend and support local workforce development efforts.
