LaunchU Helps Turn Business Ideas Into Action

WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) is now accepting registrations for LaunchU, a five-week, hands-on program designed to help aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs turn business ideas into action.
LaunchU provides participants with structured guidance, practical tools, and one-on-one support aimed at building sustainable and profitable businesses. The program focuses on clarifying business ideas and goals, understanding target markets and customers, pricing for profitability and cash flow, marketing products or services, and developing a business model that works in real-world conditions.
The $125 course fee includes 20 hours of training with certified facilitators, a LaunchU workbook, access to guest experts in areas such as marketing, accounting, and legal services, and individualized business counseling during and after the program. Graduates will also receive three months of LivePlan business planning software.
The program will kick off Thursday, March 12, with a full-day session from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Weekly sessions will follow on Thursdays from March 19 through April 9, held from 1 to 4 p.m. All sessions will take place in the OzSBI meeting room in West Plains.
