Associate Court Day March 11, 2021

During Associate Court Day on March 11, 2021, there was a total of 65 criminal cases on the docket with some still being conducted by video. There were 25 felony cases, 38 misdemeanor cases, 1 infraction, and 1 ordinance. There were 4 misdemeanor and/or infraction guilty pleas and 10 failure to appear warrants were issued.

Six cases waived preliminary hearing and are now in Circuit Court.  

One preliminary hearing was held and the Court found probable cause to bind the case over to Circuit Court.
