Letter To The Editor – Mike Henry

Dear Editor;

In the past, I have been critical of decisions made by the Ava school board because I believe that criticism earned should be levied.  I believe that accolades earned should be levied as well.  I would like to applaud the Ava school board for their recent decision to hire Mike Henry as middle school principal.

I have watched Mike grow up.  I know his family and his wife’s family.  He comes from excellent stock and is a fine young man.  I know he will continue the tradition of outstanding leadership in the middle school building.

Please join me in welcoming Mike home.
