1. Reading of Bills (proposed Ordinances) and Resolutions:

Ordinance #1163- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AVA, MISSOURI CODE OF ORDINANCES BY REPEALING ALL OF CHAPTER 18 BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEWLY CREATED CHAPTER 18 BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS.

Resolution #2026/01.01- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AND THE CITY CLERK TO ATTEST A LEASE PURCHASE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF AVA AND TOWN AND COUNTRY BANK FOR FUNDING FOR VEHICLE PURCHASES.
