Saturday Storms

(Above) A stormfront moves over the Smallett area in Douglas County. The storm mostly bypassed Ava and Douglas County, but uprooted trees, collapsed a car wash stall, damaged a grocery store, downed powerlines and caused 2,000 power outages in Wright and Texas Counties. (Below) High winds sent a tree limb onto the car of Sherry Huffman Wallace in Ava.
