Schellby JoAnn Loge, 22

Schellby JoAnn Loge, 22, died Tuesday, May 20, 2014 in Muskogee, Okla.
She was born May 6, 1992 in Midwest City, Okla., to Kellie Loyd and Orvil Loge, Jr.   Schellby graduated Muskogee High School, Class of 2010 and studied at Connors State College.  Schellby had been living and working in Norman, Okla., with her brother, Andrew, for the last year and a half.
Following a diagnosis of diabetes on Easter weekend, she came home to Muskogee to be with family and friends.  She expressed her joy to be home with family and shared her love for the Lord with all of us. We were all blessed by Schellby.
Schellby was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ricki Gaddis, and uncle, Jerry Strickland.
She is survived by her mother, Kellie Loyd and fiancée Free Kennedy of Muskogee; father, Orvil Loge, Jr. and wife, Misti, of Muskogee; baby sister, Makenzie; brothers, Andrew, Joel, Dylan, Jonathan, Cory, Tristan, and Talon; special niece, Embri; grandparents, Donna and Orvil Loge Sr. of Ava, Mo., Norma and Tunney Loyd of Dallas, Texas, and Tommy Gaddis of Mountain Grove, Mo.; cousin and best friend, Lauren Strickland; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
A funeral service celebrating the life of Schellby Loge was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at New Community Church with the Rev. Tim Salters and Pastor Mike Kennedy officiating. Burial followed at Greenhill Cemetery with her brothers, uncles and cousin serving as pallbearers.
