T.O.P.S.
Tuesday, July 10th – the meeting was called to order by Sharon. We had a total of 17 weigh in. The top loser was Sharon. The top winners of the 4th of July Picnic drawings were 1st – Evelyn with a $20 prize, 2nd – Rachel with a $15 prize and 3rd – Margaret with a $10 prize. Everyone else received paper goods.
Tuesday, July 17th – the meeting was called to order by Sharon. We had a total of 12 weigh in with a loss of 8 lbs. Audrey stayed the same.
Judy Ross gave the lesson on “Never Quit.” You can do it, you are special. We have two T.O.P.S., Keep Off Pounds Sensibly and they help inspire us. Try something new, walk in the park, send a note to someone and you are not a quitter.
