FOR DEFAULT in the payment of debt secured by Deed of Trust executed by Warren Merrifield, a single person, dated September 5, 1997, recorded on September 16, 1997 in Book 310 at Page 66, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on the  4^th day of May, 2012, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and more specifically commencing at 1:00 p.m., at the North Door of the Douglas County Courthouse in the City of Ava, Missouri, to satisfy said debt and costs, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real property:

THAT PART OF THE E1/2 NE1/4 SE1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 27, RANGE 16, DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SE CORNER OF SAID E1/2 NE1/4 SE1/4 THENCE RUN NORTH 360 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 660 FEET AND TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID E1/2 NE1/4 SE1/4, THENCE RUN SOUTH 360 FEET AND TO THE SW CORNER OF SAID E1/2 NE1/4 SE1/4, THENCE RUN EAST AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT THAT PART DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE POINT WHERE THE COUNTY ROAD NUMBERED “K-546” CROSSES THE EAST LINE OF SAID E1/2 NE1/4 SE1/4, THENCE FOLLOW SAID NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION 20 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH  AND TO A POINT 360 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID E1/2 NE1/4 SE1/4, THENCE RUN EAST 20 FEET AND TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID E1/2 NE1/4 SE1/4, THENCE RUN SOUTH AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID EXCEPTION. SUBJECT TO RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR COUNTY ROAD AS IT NOW RUNS.

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
