Ava Place Now Affiliated With Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare

Effective Thursday, March 1, Ava Place is now affiliated with Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center.
Heart of the Ozarks Administrator Tonya Cutbirth said Ava Place will continue to operate as an assisted residential care center, but will enjoy many of the benefits that have become very popular with Heart of the Ozarks.
More activities will be planned for residents of Ava Place, plus the residents will have access to in-house physical, occupational and speech therapy.
At Ava Place, all meals are provided along with full laundry service, and prescribed medications are administered by certified medical staff. However, at the assisted care facility, residents are free to come and go as they choose and are able.
Cutbirth will oversee operations at both facilities, with Debbie Dade, RN, serving as administrator at Ava Place. Other staff will remain the same at the facility, located at 1000 NW 3rd Street in Ava.
