Breastfeeding Month Proclamation

On July 22, 2021, Mayor Burrely Loftin issued the Breastfeeding Month Proclamation for the month of August. According to the proclamation, breastfeeding promotes healthier mothers and benefits society through lower healthcare costs for infants. Standing with the mayor is Whittney Baldwin, Douglas County Health Department.
