Julie Annette Freeman, 53 years, 4 months, and 8 days old, passed away on, June 11, 2021.

Julie was born February 3, 1968 in Peoria, IL to Ed Potter and Jean (Satterfield) Hawkins.

Julie was a Christian and attended the Cowboy Church in Mansfield, MO.   

She enjoyed riding horses and was a member of the Ava Saddle Club.  She loved most of all spending time with her family. 

Julie is survived by her children, Dwayne Freeman; Tamara  Freeman and boyfriend, Ben; James Piercy and girlfriend, Ciara; Julia McAfee; parents Ed Potter and Jean Hawkins; five grandchildren, Miya Adams, Ryan Adams, Evan Adams, June Adams, and Elias Piercy, six sisters and their spouses, Debbie and Larry Clements; Lorie and Bub Coonce; Ronna and Shannon Long; Tillie and Adam Fowler; Wendy and Brandon Tetrick, and Sarah Potter and Ryan Miller, and many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Funeral services for Julie will be Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, Missouri.  Visitation will be Friday, June 18, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Girdner Cemetery.  Officiating will be Pastor James Hathcock.  Love offerings may be made to the family.  Online condolences may be made to www.clinkingbeardfuneralhome.com
