Dr. Clint Hall Named as Gainesville Jr/Sr High School Principal

At the regular monthly meeting on Monday, April 19 the Gainesville School Board hired Dr. Clint Hall as the 7-12 Principal for the 2021-2022 school year.  Dr. Hall currently serves as the Ava Elementary Principal.

“I am humbled to serve as the 7-12 principal at Gainesville. The community will find that I am a student-centered leader who strives to ensure that every student is given an exceptional educational experience,” said Dr. Hall “Working with Gainesville, leading this school and community in this capacity is truly an honor.  I am very excited to become a Bulldog!”

Dr. Hall brings to Gainesville many years of educational experience in a variety of positions. In addition to his eight-year tenure as an elementary principal, he has also served as a high school history and math teacher as well as an at-risk teacher for the Norwood School District. Dr. Hall is a proven instructional leader with strengths in communication, curriculum, relationships, parent involvement, and a community focus.

Dr. Hall received his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lindenwood University in 2016. He has a graduate degree in administration from Missouri State as well as an undergraduate degree from Drury University.  Additionally, he has had a variety of specialty educational trainings in content areas including standards-based grading, Professional Learning Communities, The Foundations of Leader In Me , team building, data analysis and course design, educator effectiveness, and comprehensive planning.

He is married to Shelby Hall, and they have two children, Scarlett and Rolen.
