Associate Court Day, November 12, 2020

During Associate Court Day on November 12, 2020, there was a total of 87 criminal cases on the docket, which included a change of venue from Ozark County, with some still being conducted by video. There were 38 felony cases, 47 misdemeanor cases and 2 infractions. There were 13 misdemeanor and/or infraction guilty pleas and 16 failure to appear warrants were issued.

Twelve cases waived preliminary hearing and are now in Circuit Court. One preliminary hearing was held. The court found probable cause and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.
