Edward Robertson

My grandpa, Edward Robertson 85 years old passed away October 7th.

Ed was born August 12th 1935 in Squires MO to Arvil and Ethel (Evans) Robertson.

Ed was cherished by his family and community. He retired from years of working as the local propane hauler and the local milk man.  He enjoyed years of working the family farm.  

Ed enjoyed bowling, wood working, fishing, taking the family to the lake, and especially spending time with his grandchildren.  

On June 30th 1957, Edward and Phyllis Call were united in marriage at Girdner Church in Douglas County MO.  They were blessed with 3 children. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Harlan Robertson, his son Bill Robertson, and his great grandchild Trey Moody.  

Ed is survived by his wife Phyllis, 2 children and spouses, daughter-in-law Rene Robertson, Daughter Edwina, husband Dallas Hudson. Son Robert Robertson wife Tobi. His grandchildren RaNita, husband Kevin Russell their children Destany husband Brandon Mills and family, Austin Russell wife Belle; Travis Robertson wife Tawnya their children; Kassie husband Joey Green their children Kinley and EJ; Clint Robertson wife Jessica their children Sam and Billy Jo; Melissa husband Leslie Morris their child BreAnna and grandson Benjamin; Chris Farris wife Joyce their 4 children; Miranda husband Michael Davis; his best friend and grandson Joshua Calhoun; Kevin, Kelly and Craig Hudson and their families, Nicole Robertson wife Ashley; Brieanna husband Aaron David their children Logan, Aiden, and Harley; Garrett Schmidt wife Allissa their children Ritter, Jace, and Finnley; Cindy husband Austin Descoteau their child Taliah; With all of his loving family he has 18 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.  Family friend Pearl and husband Rick Hindman, Sister-in-law Hazel Call and sister-in-law Jane Potter.  Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. 

 A celebration of life will be held at Frye Church October 31st 12pm – 3pm.
