Rollover on East 76

Michael Boyink/Herald Anthony Capps, 50, of Ava was driving this 1991 International Dump Truck when the truck left the roadway and overturned. The accident took place on East 76, two miles east of Highway U. Capps, who was not wearing a seatbelt, suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Cox South in Springfield.
