Associate Court Held on May 21

Associate Court was held on May 21, with Judge Bock presiding, and a total of 18 criminal cases on the docket.  There were 13 felony cases, four misdemeanor cases, and one infraction. 

There was one misdemeanor guilty plea and four failure to appear warrants issued. Two cases waived preliminary hearing and are now in Division 1.  One preliminary hearing was held and the Court bound the case over to Division 1 as well.
