A fire which started at 8:45 a.m. Friday leveled the Gastineau Oil Company building which housed a service station, auto repair department and wheel alignment firm. The blaze errupted after a gasoline storage truck overflowed and ignited the gasoline destroying the Skelly tank truck along with an adjoining service station warehouse. The blaze burned uncontrolled for about an hour and threatened adjoining buildings.
