Michael Boyink/Herald These construction workers must have had a first-rate view of Ava’s lingering coating of ice as they raised the pole and cluster on Ava’s new cell tower on Wednesday, December 18th. Douglas County Clerk Karry Davis confirmed Verizon as the carrier planning to use the new tower.
