NOTICE UPON ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
The State of Missouri to Timothy Calvert and his unknown consorts, heirs, devisees, Adonees, alienees, successors, assigns, or immediate or remote voluntary or involuntary grantees:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Douglas County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is Petition to Quiet Title and which affects the following described property situate in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:
The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, EXCEPT the South 990 feet thereof, in Township 25, Range 12.
Together with the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 25, Range 12, EXCEPT beginning at the Southwest corner of said N ½ of SE ¼ and run thence East 40 rods, thence run North 10 rods, thence run West 40 rods, thence run South 10 rods and to the place of beginning of said EXCEPTION, situated in Douglas County, Missouri.
There is also conveyed an easement for ingress and egress and utility purposes recorded in Book 449 at Pages 944-945 of the records of Douglas County, Missouri.
The names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is Daniel P. Wade, P. O. Box 698, Ava, Missouri 65608.
You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within 45 days after the 21st day of November, 2019, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
