Judges Choice Award

Connie Hammond, left, and her winning artwork piece entitled, High Summer, center, was selected as the Judge’s Choice Award during the Ava Art Guild’s recent show. Rita Fancher, right, who served as director of the show, is shown above presenting the award to Connie whose entry was in the Advanced Oils category. According to members of the Art Guild, Hammond generously donated her winnings to the Ava Art Guild building maintenance fund.
