Ava City Park Upgrades Underway

City Park groundskeepers, Charlie Rippee and J.D. Price, were busy this week spreading new mulch at the lower park playground.  The project started on Tuesday as cooler daytime temperatures, and a pleasant spring breeze, found favor upon Ava and the surrounding area.
