3 Advance to FFA District Competition

Cade VerHage, Haley Herrera and Layla Giorgianni all advanced to compete in district FFA speech competition in Aurora last Thursday. The three here are pictured with $25 check presented to them by Ava FFA Booster Secretery Treasurer Gary Devore. Each had a 6-8 minute speech memorized on a topic of their choosing. VerHage spoke on Cooperatives, Herrera spoke on Soil and Water while Giorgianni spoke about Pet Breeding.
