TRUSTEE’S SALE – Under the terms of the Deed of Trust executed by Kristina Price, a single person dated 03/27/2014, and recorded on 04/01/2014 Document 140447 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Douglas County, MISSOURI, the undersigned Successor Trustee, will on 12/07/2018 at 2:00 PM at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 SE 2nd Ave. Ava, MO 65608, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash subject to the terms announced at the sale, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF MISSOURI, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 27 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT A POINT 37 RODS EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID FORTY AND RUN EAST 152 AND ONE HALF FEET AND TO A POINT 567 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID FORTY, THENCE SOUTH 13 RODS, THENCE DUE WEST TO THE POINT DIRECTLY SOUTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND THENCE NORTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THAT PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 27 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT A POINT 37 RODS EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID FORTY AND RUN THENCE NORTH APPROXIMATELY 659 FEET TO THE COUNTY ROAD, THENCE FOLLOWING THE MEANDERINGS OF SAID ROAD AS NOW LOCATED IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID FORTY AT A POINT APPROXIMATELY 150 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID FORTY, THENCE SOUTH TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER, AND THENCE WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT FOR EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RIGHTS OF WAY OF RECORD..
