4-H Trap Shooting Competition 

Jayce Atchison, Ava, Mo., and Shelby Odom, Mansfield, Mo., were  competitors in the 4-H State trap shooting competition held on Saturday, August 25, at the Missouri Trap Shooters Association in Linn Creek, Mo.  Jayce, below, who is a first year shooter, tied for third place in the Junior Division. He brought home a fourth place win for Wright County 4H, after a tie-breaking shoot off. 

Shelby Odom, left, also a first year shooter, competed in the Senior Division. Shelby earned her first 25- straight patch, ending the day with 93 out of 100.
