THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LOTS, TRACT, OR PARCELS OF LAND LYING BEING AND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS AND THE STATE OF MISSOURI TO-WIT:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 90 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF A ONE ACRE TRACT IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 15 ACRES OFF OF THE EAST SIDE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 16, AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 70 FEET, THENCE EAST 30 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 70 FEET, THENCE WEST 30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
