Alfred Hitchcock’s Mysteries to Unfold On Stage in Willow Springs

Beginning Friday, August 17 at 7 p.m., three of Alfred Hitchcock’s mysteries will come to life in the form of a live radio play at the Star Theater in Willow Springs.  

Twelve actors will re-enact the dramas on stage entitled, The Lodger, 30 Steps, and Sabotage, which were made into movies in the 1930s.  

The set will be a radio station from 1946.  Sound effects will be heard and seen right in front.  The actors will be dressed in time period costumes. Prepare to step back in time when radio broadcasting was the chief form of entertainment in the living room.  

Opening night promises to be something new and different at the Star Theater in Willow Springs.  Show times are Aug. 17, 24, and 25 at 7 p.m. and Aug 19 and 26, at 2 p.m.  Tickets are $5 for all ages.
