Several Individuals Sentenced In Recent Months

 

The Douglas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office released information this week on several individuals who have been sentenced to the Department of Corrections in recent months.

On Oct. 4, Matthew W. Smith, 39, of Seymour, was sentenced to three years for possession of methamphetamine and three years for non-support of a child. The original possession of methamphetamine case was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

On Sept. 15, Kenneth B. Prock, 49, of Ava, was sentenced to five years for DWI-alcohol aggravated offender. The original case was investigated by the Ava Police Department.

On Sept. 6, Calvin L. Holloway, 59, of Ava, was sentenced to six years for possession of methamphetamine. The case was investigated by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department.

On Aug. 2, Sabrina Rigg, 28, of Springfield, was sentenced to three years for possession of methamphetamine. The case was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

On Aug. 2, Melissa James, 37, of Seymour, was sentenced to three years for stealing. The original case was investigated by the Ava Police Department.

On Aug. 2, Bradley Henry, 36, of Mansfield, was sentenced to six years for possession of methamphetamine and six years for possession of Oxycodone. These sentences will run consecutively. He was ordered to complete Long Term Treatment in the Department of Corrections. The original case was investigated by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department.

On July 5, Dallas Conn, 40, of Seymour, was sentenced to five years for DWI-alcohol chronic offender. Conn was ordered to complete Long Term Treatment in the Department of Corrections. The case was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

On June 27, Ryan Swearengin, 25, of Ava, was sentenced to five years for possession of methamphetamine. The case was investigated by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department.
