AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debt and the performance of the obligations of the notes described in and secured by a Deed of Trust dated April 15, 2010 executed by Donald Lee Downs, a single person, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on April 20, 2010 at 8:04 A.M., as Document number 100563, AND Deed of Trust dated June 24th, 2013 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on July 5, 2013 at 2:29 P.M., as Instrument 131231, conveying to the Trustee property including the following described property in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:
The SE ¼ SW ¼ and the SW ¼ SE ¼ of Section 16, Township 25, Range 15, Douglas, County, Missouri.
At the request of the legal holder of said note who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Friday, August 12th, 2016 to-wit at 1:00 p.m., sell said property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the steeps of the Douglas County Courthouse, Douglas County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
