Timothy James Thompson

On March 20, 2016, Timothy James Thompson passed away peacefully in his home in Wasola, Mo.

He was born Aug. 2, 1965, in Dearborn, Mich., the son of Francis (Buzz) and Vera (Vicky) Thompson.  Tim moved here from Chicago when his father retired from the Navy. He graduated from Ava High School.

He was married Feb. 22, 1997, to best friend, Wendy Medlock. He had one greatly loved daughter, Keisha Stiner, and one grandson, Keyin Stiner, who made him smile everyday. He loved being called Papa.

Tim loved everything outdoors. He was an avid hunter and NASCAR fan.  He was a cabinet maker for over 30 years.

He is survived by his loving wife, Wendy Thompson; his parents, Buzz and Vicky Thompson, of Marshfield; his daughter, Keisha Stiner, of Wasola; one grandson, Keyin Stiner, of Wasola; one sister, Becky Hickson and husband Brad, of Marshfield; one brother, Tony Thompson and wife Sun, of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; two nieces, Tori Hickson, of Marshfield, and Chloe Thompson; two nephews, Garrett Hickson, of Marshfield, and Tyler Thompson; and other family and friends who will miss him greatly.

He was preceded in death by his   grandparents, Earl and Mima Coulter.

Although his time on this Earth was not long enough he was greatly loved.
