THAT PART OF THE SW 1/4 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 15, DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT A POINT 450 FEET EAST AND 50 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID FORTY, THENCE RUN EAST 350 FEET AND TO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. 14, THENCE RUN IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION, FOLLOWING THE SAID WEST LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. 14 AND TO A POINT DUE NORTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN SOUTH AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
