NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the debt and the performance of the obligations of the notes described in and secured by a Deed of Trust dated December 19, 2013 executed by David L. Potts and Shanna L. Potts, husband and wife, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on December 26, 2013 at 1:23 P.M. Instrument Number 132277, conveying to the Trustee property including the following described property in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:

A part of the E1/2SW1/4 of Section 29, Township 26 North, Range 16 West, described as    follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said E1/2SW1/4, thence South 01 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds West, 1391.69 feet, thence North 54 degrees 52 minutes                  43 seconds East, 169.83 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence South 37 degrees 19 minutes 01 seconds East, 843.17 feet to the North right-of-way line of County Road No. 404, thence along said North right-of-way line North 53 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds East, 202.53 feet, thence North 57 degrees 05 minutes 57 seconds East, 56.62 feet, thence departing said North right-of-way line North 37 degrees 19 minutes 01 seconds West, 841.56 feet, thence South 54 degrees 52 minutes 43 seconds West, 259.14 feet to the point of beginning.

At the request of the legal holder of said note who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2015 to-wit at 10:00 a.m., sell said property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the steeps of the Douglas County Courthouse, Douglas County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
