INVITATION TO BID

Notice is hereby given that the Ava R-I School District will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors at the office of the Architect, Jack Ball Architects, PC, 444 S. Campbell Ave., Springfield, MO 65806 until 10:30 a.m., Monday, June 22, 2015 for the:

PN 1257-Elementary and HS RE-Roof and PN: 1262-15 HVAC Renovations to Existing Facilities

Ava R-I School District

Douglas County, Ava, MO

Bids will be read aloud at the time of opening. These unified bids shall include the general scope of work as described in the drawing and specifications.

Plans, specifications, bid forms, and instructions to Bidders are on file and sets are available at the office of the Architect, Jack Ball Architects PC, 444 South Campbell Ave., Springfield, MO 65806, www.jbapc.com for a $25 refundable deposit, and a $15 non-refundable fee for shipping and handling (if required) on Friday, June 12, 2015. Hourly wages, as set forth by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and the prevailing wage law, will be complied with on this project. Performance Bond and Material and Labor Payment Bond in amount of 100% of contract price shall be furnished by successful bidder. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waives any informality in the bidding.
