If you are still looking for income tax forms, the Douglas County Public Library has copies of federal forms 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ. We also have a set of reproducible forms from which we can make photo copies of several other federal income tax forms, or you may download tax forms from the IRS website at, or call the IRS office at 1-800-829-3676. Missouri state tax forms may only be obtained by visiting the Missouri Department of Revenue website at
