For default under the terms of the Deed of Trust executed by George Pelc and Rose Pelc, husband and wife, dated September 21, 2007, recorded on October 9, 2007 as Document No. 072593, in Book 473, Page 273, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Friday, April 25, 2014, at 11:30 AM at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 Southeast Second Avenue, in Ava, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:
All that part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 25, Range 18, described as beginning at the point where the North right-of-way line of State Highway “DD” intersects the West line of said forty and thence North 315 feet, thence run East 420 feet, thence run South and to the North line of said State Highway “DD”, thence following said North right-of-way line of State Highway “DD” in a Westerly direction and to the point of beginning, in Douglas County, Missouri,
to satisfy said debt and costs.
