NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF CO-CONSERVATORS OF DISABLED PERSON

To All persons interested in the estate of BRENDA J. WATERS, a disabled person.

On the 19^th day of February, 2014, DON E. WALLACE and CHARLES WALLACE were appointed co-conservators of the estate of Brenda J. Waters, a person adjudicated disabled under the laws of Missouri by the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Douglas County, Missouri at Ava.

The business address of the co-conservators is 1235 Persimmon Road, Ozark, MO 65721.

All creditors of said disabled person are notified to file their claims in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court.
