Heath -Thomas Reunion Held Oct. 12 At Ava American Legion Hall

The 19th annual Heath-Thomas Reunion was held Oct 12, at the American Legion Hall in Ava, with doors opening at 11 a.m.
A basket dinner was enjoyed by all, with Nelson Sellers asking the blessing over the meal.
Special guests this year were Charles and Debra Edgar from Loganville, Ga.  This was their first time to attend.
Entertainment was provided by Ima Sellers and Hunter Downs. Hunter is Darrel & Carolyn Hutchison’s grandson.
There was a time of visiting and picture taking after the meal.
Those traveling the longest distant were Charles and Debra Edgar from Georgia, and Linda Pinkerton from Colorado.

Bud and Wilma Hutchison, Ben and Janelle Hutchison, Darrel and Carolyn Hutchison, Darren Hutchison, Karen Downs and children,  Hunter and Kaylee Downs, Frieda Thurman, all from Ava; Gary Hutchison and Phyllis Long from Mountain Grove; Ima and Nelson Sellers from Forsyth; Michael and Elizabeth Hutchison and children Blake, Dylan and the dog Cabo from Fenton; Josh and Jennifer Edgar and children Kayden, Daisy, Little Josh, Jenson from Raymore; Wanda DeArmon from Lee’s Summit; Deloris England from Warrensburg; Mike and Lacy Day and daughter Emily Day,  Reba Walker from Kansas City; Grace Edgar, Rick Edgar, Don Edgar of Princeton, Kan.; Linda Pinkerton of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Charles and Debra Edgar of Loganville, Ga.
A good time was had by all.
