On August 29, 2013, the Circuit Court of Douglas County, Missouri entered judgment in Cause Number 13DG-CC00207, changing the name of Jon Paul Bergman, Jr. to Kadin William Jon Bergman. This Notice is to the public at large as well as any Judgment Creditors of said person.
