In re:  William K. Robertson, a single person,

TRUSTEE’S SALE – Default having been made in the payment of a Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by William K. Robertson, recorded April 15, 2008 as Document No. 080789, and assumed by Jonathan James by a General Warranty Deed recorded April 30, 2010 as Document No. 100635, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Douglas, State of Missouri, MTW Trustee Services, Inc., the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, will on August 28, 2013 between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., to wit: at or about 1:00 p.m., at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, in the City of Ava and State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Douglas, Missouri, to-wit:

North Half (N1/2) of the North Half (N1/2) of Lot Two (2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) that lies South of Stewart’s Creek County Road of Section 18, Township 27, Range 17, EXCEPT that part taken or used for roads, all in Douglas County, Missouri.

Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and covenants of record, if any.

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
