FOR DEFAULT in the payment of debt secured by Deed of Trust by Allen Swadley and Tammi Swadley, Husband and Wife, dated 9 day of March, 2005, recorded in Book Number 432, Pages 70-83, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Trustee will on Friday, August 9, 2013, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the North front door of the Courthouse in the City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:
