Chad Coen legal


WHEREAS, Chad Coen and Dusty Coen, husband and wife, by their Deed of Trust dated May 7, 2007, and recorded May 15, 2007, in the office of the recorder of deeds for Douglas County, Missouri, in Book 465, Page 289-299, Doc #071151, conveyed to Charles C. Cantrell, Trustee, the following described property situated in Douglas County, Missouri:

The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 27, Range 11, except that part of said 20 acre tract described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said above described tract of land and running thence North 355 feet, thence due East a distance of 245 feet, thence due South 355 feet, thence due West 245 feet to the point of beginning; (Commonly known as Route 3, Box 659, Cabool, Missouri 65689)

Which conveyance was made to Charles C. Cantrell, Trustee, in trust to secure the payment of one promissory note in the Deed of Trust described; and

WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note:

NOW THEREFORE, I, Charles C. Cantrell, Trustee will sell the property above described at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, at the North front door of the Douglas County Courthouse, in the City of Ava, Douglas County, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., and more particularly at 1:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
