NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF A CONSERVATOR

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MARGARET M. FRYE, A DISABLED PERSON:

On the 20^th day of February, 2013, Linda Coonts was appointed conservator of the estate of Margaret M. Frye, a person adjudicated disabled under the laws of the State of Missouri, by Probate Division of the Circuit Court of DOUGLAS County, Missouri. The business address of the conservator is P.O. Box 308, Ava, Missouri 65608 and her attorney is John W. Bruffett, P.O. Box 101, Ava, Missouri 65608.

All creditors of said disabled person are notified to file their claims in Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Douglas County, Missouri within six months from the date of first publication of this notice, or be forever barred.
