Nelson, Husband and Wife , dated February 24, 2010, recorded on March 1, 2010 as Document No. 100257, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Friday, March 8, 2013, at 11:30 AM at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 Southeast Second Avenue, in Ava, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:
That part of the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 35, Township 26, Range 18; described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the East right-of-way of the Witty and Merritt County Road (a/k/a Country Road T-447), with the South right-of-way line of State Highway T; thence Southerly along the said East right-of-way line of said County Road, 46.74 feet to an iron pin set and capped “LS-2260” for the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing along the said East right-of-way line 152.07 feet to an iron pin set and capped “LS-2260”, thence Southeasterly generally following the fence, 198.80 feet to an iron pin set and capped “LS-2260”; thence Northerly generally following the fence to an iron pin set and capped “LS-2260” said pin being on the South right-of-way of Highway “T”; thence Westerly along a Non Tangent curve to the Right having a Radius of 985.40 feet, a Central Angle of 09 degrees 24 minutes 33 seconds and an Arc Length of 161.82 feet; thence Southwesterly 56.05 feet to the point of beginning; all being in Douglas County, Missouri.
