Ava 4-H Club Makes Valentines

4HThe Ava 4-H Club decorated valentine bags and made valentines at the club meeting. At last month’s meeting they decorated hankies and T-Shirts for veterans with the help of several parent volunteers and Delanie Sweeney. Community Service Project Leader, Cleta Sweeney came and helped the 4-H kids pack the gift bags to deliver to local Veterans at Heart of the Ozarks and Ava Place for Valentine’s Day. There were 18 kids who participated this past Thursday in the project. The 4-H Club is focused on helping our community and has several projects planned this year that they are excited about. Ava 4-H currently has an active Dog, Horse, Cooking, and Community Service Project. Soon they are planning an Aviation Project, as well.
