For default in the payment of principal and interest now past due on a certain promissory note dated March 13, 2009, and secured by a deed of trust dated March 13, 2009, signed by Jason W. Archambo, a single person, and recorded on March 19, 2009 as Instrument #090421 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee, will, at the request of the legal holder thereof, on Friday, the 1st day of March, 2013, between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., specifically at 1:00 p.m. at the North Front door of the Douglas County Courthouse, located in the City of Ava, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the property in the deed of trust described:

All that part of the North Half of the West Half of Lot 1 of the Northwest Quarter and all that part of the West Half of Lot 2 of the Northwest Quarter which lies South of the County Road, in Section 4, Township 25 North, Range 12 West.

for the purpose of satisfying the note and costs.
