By virtue and authority of an Execution, in Douglas County Circuit Court, Case Number 11DG-AC00146, issued from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Douglas County, Missouri, returnable on September 5, 2012, and to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant Vera M. Longan, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, interest, and estate of said Defendant, in and to the following described real estate, situated in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:

The SE1/4 of Section 20, Township 27N, Range 16W of the 5^th P.M. Excepting therefrom such parts as have heretofore been conveyed to the State of Missouri for highway purposes. Subject to all public and private roads and easements and specifically subject to easement heretofore granted William A. Jenkins by instrument recorded in Book 103, Page 250, Deed Records, Douglas County, Missouri, in Douglas County, Missouri, and I will on September 10, 2012, between the hours of nine o’clock a.m. and five o’clcok p.m. of that day, to wit: at two o’clock p.m. at the East door of the County Court House in Ava, Douglas County, Missouri, sell at public venue, for cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, interest, and estate of the above-named Defendant, in and to said real estate, to satisfy and execution and costs.
