NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debt and the performance of the obligations of the notes described in and secured by a Deed of Trust dated November 2, 2004 executed by Larry Hicks and Rita Hicks, husband and wife, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on November 3, 2004 at 10:02 A.M., in Book 427 at Pages 648-656 AND Deed of Trust dated November 8, 2007 executed by Larry Hicks, a widower, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on November 13, 2007 at 11:36 A.M., in Book 475 at Pages 130-138, conveying to the Trustee property including the following described property in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:
All that part of the S1/2NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 27, Township 27, Range 14, which lies East of the County Road, Douglas County, Missouri. ALSO the South 50 feet of even width, thereof in the N1/2NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 27, Township 27, Range 14, which lies East of the County Road.
All that part of the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 27, Township 27, Range 14, which lies East and North of the “Brushyknob and St. James Road’ (being the Easternmost County Road running through said forty), as now located, all in Douglas County, Missouri.
Subject to right-of-way for County Road as it now runs.
At the request of the legal holder of said note who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on August 9, 2012, to-wit at 10:00 a.m., sell said property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the steeps of the County Court House, in the City of Ava, Douglas County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
