Katie Peterson Completes Studies; Opens Dental Practice In Mtn Grove

On May 5, Katie D. Peterson received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (summa cum laude) after four years pre-dental studies at MSU and a BS degree in cell and molecular biology.
Dr. Peterson completed four years of dental education at University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry.
In addition to graduating summa cum laude, Dr. Peterson was awarded Senior Honors Program in Periodontics, The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Dental Implant Student Award and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Peterson is the daughter of David and Kim Virtue of Mountain Grove and the wife of Andrew “Pete” Peterson.
Dr. Peterson and Pete have returned to Mountain Grove where she will practice general dentistry at 920 North Main.
