Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Nathan A. Clark and Jennifer R. Clark, Husband and Wife, dated November 14, 2006 and recorded on November 16, 2006 in Book 456, Page 300-326, as Document No. 062815, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri.  The Successor Trustee will on July 6, 2012, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 11:30AM, at the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 SE Second Avenue, North Front door, Ava, MO 65608, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

 

All that part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 29, Township 26, Range 16 lying, being and situate North and East of State Highway No. 76, where now located, except the East 16 feet thereof of which has been previously deeded for a roadway. All being in Douglas County, Missouri.

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
